Beyond Storytime
Beyond Storytime invites your children to travel beyond the words of a
book. Through imagination and motivation this class engages 2½-4 year olds and
helps parents to further develop their children's literacy at a time when it is
most rapidly developing.
Beyond Storytime is a thematic approach to reading that allows your
preschooler to explore the world of literature through music, dance, puppetry,
games, and other hands-on activities. The stories and poems we read together in
class share a particular theme. The activities of the day incorporate that
theme to provide preschoolers with a fun connection to the literature.
